Board Members

The members of the Board of Rainbow Club Australia are:


Alexandra Finley

Alexandra joined the Board of Rainbow Club Australia in May 2009 and became President in June 2010.

Alexandra is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Spark Infrastructure a specialist infrastructure investment fund listed on the ASX.  Alexandra has many years of corporate governance, legal and commercial experience gained in both private practice and the corporate environment, most recently in financial services with NAB/MLC.


Vice Presidents

Philip Holt, OAM

Philip Holt joined the Board of Rainbow Club Australia at the request of the Founder of RCA, Ron Siddons.  During that time he has been an integral part of the Board holding various positions, including President.

Philip is the Managing Director of The Holt Group, which has strong connections to the Sutherland Shire where Rainbow Club commenced.

Rob Lloyd

Rob joined the Board of Rainbow Club Australia in 2004 and was elected Vice President in 2010

Rob is the Managing Director at The Breckenridge Property Group and has a successful track record in Property Investment and banking. Rob has previously sat on the Board of the Australian Direct Property Institute and The Pathways Foundation, a foundation working with young people navigating the transition to adulthood.



Mark McCormack

Mark McCormack is the  Vice President, Australian Operations and Managing Director of Koppers International.  He brings an extensive business experience and contacts with Surf Life Savers to the Board.

Mark joined the Board of Rainbow Club in 2010.

bobMcC4Bob McCotter

Bob served on the fundraising committee of Rainbow Club for 2 years before joining the Board in 2014.
Bob is a professional engineer and a founding partner of ERM Australia. He has had more than forty years commercial experience in the services sector, with particular experience in professional consulting, the environment, architecture, engineering and manufacturing in Australia and Asia.


Suzanne Stanton

Suzanne is a former President of Rainbow Club Australia holding that role for many years.  Suzanne first joined the Board of Rainbow Club Australia in the early 1990s.

Suzanne is Corporate Counsel with the Mawland Group.  She studied arts and law at the University of Sydney majoring in Australian Literature and Politics and then practiced law for many years as a partner at Gadens.

In addition to the Board of Rainbow Club Australia, Suzanne has previously sat on the Board of YWCA and Ravenswood.


John Taplin

John Taplin is a retired business man with experience in the financial sector, most recently working for Goldman Sachs JB Were as a Futures Managing Director and Partner.

John joined the Board of Rainbow Club Australia in 2008.  John and his family have personal experience with Rainbow Club in action as his son, Michael, attended the Cronulla Rainbow Club from an early age.


Ally Cox

Ally was elected to the Board in 2014. Prior to this Ally ran a swim school in Buxton and through that school she formed Buxton Rainbow Club. She is currently a member of the Swim the Rainbow Carnival Organising Committee.



Dipen Dhruv

Dipen was elected to the Board in 2017. He is a former board member and treasure of the Special Olympics, a role that he held for 3 years. He is the Services Sales Director – APAC at Salesforce. He is a technology evangelist and his background covers a wide range of technology practices from technology assessment & implementation, outsourcing strategy development, vendor selection & management, to technology transformation.



Justin Sebire

Justin was elected to the Board in 2017. He is an agile finance executive with diverse experience across the financial services sector gained in some of the world’s leading companies in Australia, France, UK and Japan. His experience has been obtained in both industry and professional practice in areas requiring deep subject matter knowledge and commercial acumen. He prides himself on being able to communicate complex matters in a simple way that helps stakeholders make better business decisions.
