|1. Child under 7 years at the start date of the term
This fee is subsidised by $150 per term. Children who turn 7 during this term will benefit from this subsidy.

|Options for paying Term fee during Transition to NDIS|
|(a) Pay the full fee
Choose this option if you are paying the fee or on a self-managed NDIS plan.
|$280||A Service Agreement must be completed before the start date of each term.
Payment must also be made before the start date of each term to ensure a place on the schedule for the term
|(b) Complete a Service Agreement authorising Rainbow Club to claim the $280 from NDIS||$280|
|You must have a current NDIS plan in place to pursue this option.
Your plan must include a support budget for:
|A Service Agreement must be completed before the start date of each term to ensure a place on the schedule for that term
Rainbow Club will make a Service Booking on the NDIS portal before the commencement of the term; Rainbow Club will also claim payment from NDIS periodically over the term
Rainbow Club will send an invoice to your Plan Manager; It will be your responsibility to follow up and ensure payment is made on time
|(c) Apply to Rainbow Club for a fee subsidy for the term||$130|
|Choose this option if you are:
NOTE: If you choose this option, you must provide us with information about your child’s current plan status (ie. date of meeting; expiry date of current plan; name of planner/coordinator etc)
|NDIS Status Update Form must be completed before the start date of each term. Provided the status of your NDIS transition plan is acceptable to Rainbow Club, an email with an adjusted invoice amount will be issued thereafter
Payment must be made by the start date of each term to ensure a place on the schedule for the term
|3. Active Kids Voucher||We will now be accepting Active Kids vouchers from Term 3. Parents will be asked to send their child’s voucher details in to Min (Membership Officer). She will be able to process the voucher and help organise the payment of the remaining fee amount.|
